Are your courses completely online?

No. Epic offers both home study and live credits. Many certifications require both for recertification.

 

Will you submit credits to my state board or NCBTMB?

Upon completion of your live course, a photo I.D. and your certification license number will be required to submit your credits to CEBroker.com in the State of Florida. Many other organizations and State Licensing require the student to maintain and submit their records of courses and credits. We encourage you to keep the Course Successfully Completed certificate for your records.

 

Is there an expiration on courses purchased?

Yes. We allow one year from date of purchase to complete the course.

 

What if I lose my certificate?

At the end of each live seminar, each attendee is given a Certificate of Completion for their records. If you need lose or misplace it, contact our office and a duplicate will be supplied for a $10.00 replacement fee.

 

Are you NCBTMB Approved?

Yes. Our provider number is 508451-06.

 

What if I do not pass the online test?

No worries. You can retake the test at no additional cost. Return to the test, and begin again.

May I place an order over the Phone?

Yes you may. We are always pleased to assist our current and future clients. However, for your convenience, our website offers 24 hour accommodations for you. 

 

What are your test questions like?

There are no surprises here. We provide the facts by subject matter. Referring back to the reading content for assistance while preparing your answers is encouraged for your success.

 

Do you provide a lunch break?

Absolutely. You will have a lunch break, with some shorter breaks throughout the day.

 

What should I wear?

Great question. The key word here is, “COMFORT”. Jeans, athletic wear, loose top, sneakers…anything appropriate and comfortable. We also encourage you to bring a sweater or jacket, just in case.
